I am a grandma, again!

On the hottest day of the year so far (26 degrees in the shade), little Freja Elisabeth entered the world at 9.17am weighing in at 7lbs 8oz.

This little bundle of joy is going to enrich our lives so much. And what a cute little playmate for cousin Hayden who at the time of writing is coming up to 16 months...

To florally celebrate Freja's birth I made a pretty basket featuring deep pink roses, white roses, pink tulips, Nigella greenery, purple Limonium, as well as gorgeously scented Viburnum blossom. And to make the arrangement dreamy and fluffy, some white feathers were added too!
