NAFAS Beyond Basics workshop

Once again I found myself in Henfield Hall - together with twenty or so other like minded people - taking part in a NAFAS workshop.

Two designers - Elsie Chaplin and Ann Brookes - showed us how to make a contemporary bowl using leaf technique and a contemporary festive wreath respectively.

I chose to work with ivy leaves and felt for the former, and cream sisal for the latter. Exotic orchids completed my designs.

So many useful tips and techniques for me to pass on to my own students. Brilliant!
