Nymans Flower Festival

To coincide with 75 years since the dreadful fire at National Trust Nymans, the volunteer flower arrangers, myself included, were asked to create various designs under the theme 'A Blaze of Colour'.

I was given the dining room to bedeck and chose to create a large cauldron-like design with flame-like flowers. The fireplace received some attention too as did a side table; again in fiery colours.

I was very pleased indeed with my creations and was seriously chuffed to discover that my main design was chosen for the poster too. Cover girl, eh...
