Christmas Tree Festival in St Margaret's Church

I was, once again, asked to take part in the Christmas Tree Festival in this lovely church in the picturesque village of Rottingdean near Brighton - the second time the church has put on such a delight.

Forty four festive trees adorned the church with proceeds from the Festival going to not only the church fund but also to the new MacMillan Horizon Cancer Centre in Brighton. The Festival over the three days (4-6 December 2015) was visited by hundreds of people and a total of £4,512 was raised (split equally between the two worthy causes).

My floral tree - A White Christmas - next to the altar was adorned with white 'Avalance' roses as well as white wax flowers, with golden baubles and hand made dried golden Hydrangea ones together with snowy white ones adding to a sumptuous feel.
