Florimania at Hampton Court Palace

For the past seventeen years now, during the Mothering Sunday weekend, the Surrey area of NAFAS have been putting on wonderful floral displays within the Palace.

This year, to celebrate the Palace's 500th anniversary, the displays in the William III's Apartments depicted flower arrangements from the Tudor, Stuart, Georgian and Victorian periods. 

For a floraholic like me, it was pure indulgence! And as I had been commissioned to write a feature about this event, I basically got paid for just turning up! Tough sometimes, eh...
